The QU-12S1A Distribution Amplifier (splitter) accepts one HDMI input and splits this signal to two identical outputs. In addition, a third HDMI output is provided for connection to a non-3D compliant HDMI AV Receiver. The output from this third connection supports 3D audio and adds a 'blue screen' function, allowing the user to route HD audio in a format which a non-3D compliant HDMI AV Receiver can process. This device is compatible to v1.3 HDMI specifications, supporting ‘Deep Colour’ together with High Definition Audio.
